Our warranty is all about replacement. If something’s faulty, we’ll replace it—simple as that. But just to be clear, we don’t cover the labor for removing the faulty product or installing the replacement.

This warranty doesn’t apply if the product was installed improperly or used for something it wasn’t made for. Make sure to use it as intended, and you’ll be covered.

If the defective hardware is obsolete or no longer available, we’ll replace it with our current or an alternative product. We always make sure you get a solution.

When you contact us, be sure to know the quantity to be replaced, and have your confirmation and order number handy. Also, the defective part should be removed from the cabinet—we’ll need details from the front and back to figure out what you need.

Once you’ve talked to our customer service team and placed your order, we’ll take care of the rest. We’ll process your payment, and you’ll get an email when your replacement is on its way. Please note, there’s a $10.00 processing fee.
